Durability
The KICK Titan 55" Tournament foosball table is the heaviest and most expensive table in the KICK range. Designed for the more serious foosball player, its weight provides a stable platform for gameplay.
A higher end foosball table costs more because it incorporates higher quality materials which are stronger and more durable than those that are cheaper and lighter. It is for this reason that the Titan is the costliest of all KICK tables. Whilst they are all high quality tables, and certainly don’t compromise on materials, the constituent parts of the Titan are extremely heavy-duty and designed to cope with enthusiastic and robust play for many years. Even so, there is the KICK lifetime warranty as standard for additional peace of mind.
Gameplay
The Titan incorporates all of the features that can be found on various other KICK foosball tables. The counterbalanced men, the 1 or 3 goalie setup, the sturdy leg-levellers with rubber bottoms, the 0.5" thick board, can all be found on the Titan, as you would expect on KICK’s top of the line table. The Titan also features the semi-solid stainless steel chrome plated rods for fast and reliable gameplay, which also incorporate ergonomic, no-slip black handles for ease-of-use and comfort during those epic battles and "just one more game" scenarios.
But it is the weight which truly sets the Titan apart from the other KICK tables in the range. As mentioned above, the Titan comprises all of the features which can be found in various other KICK tables, and ones which cost less money at that. However, the heavier-duty materials which add to the overall weight of the table make it much more solid and stable than lighter models. As any committed foosball player will know, having a table which moves all over the place during play is a real drag, and means a sturdier, heavier table is well worth the additional expense if you can afford it.
Aesthetics
The KICK Titan looks a little similar in appearance to the Tornado T-3000 Tournament table, in that it has that same gray, rectangular profile with the strong square legs. They look as though they could take on the world in a fight and come out the other side victorious, and indeed it is this strength which is one of the main selling points of the Titan over the other KICK foosball tables that are available in the market today.
This color scheme may not be to everyone’s taste of course, with some preferring a brighter and more colorful table, but the sleek gray cabinet body and black square legs will go well with most room decor, and looks cool as well.
Who's It For?
The KICK Titan can be enjoyed by anybody, but its high price point, durable materials and multitude of features mean it is intended more for the serious player who is willing to spend a bit more on a table which can provide the levels of gameplay they require.
As the name implies, it is the current king of the KICK tables, and is ready to do serious business with those who want a no-nonsense foosball challenge with their opponents.
